Powerjuice for Winter - Carrots, Beets, Mint!

Winter's almost here (but it's awfully hot in Mumbai). Winters are all about eating, celebrating and staying fit. It's the time of the year when fresh vegetables, fruits and colours of nature start looking more vibrant!

This winter, I'll be posting a lot of my winter-special recipes. To begin with, I'd rather start with a Juice. Sorry. A powerjuice!!

Colours of Winter - Vibrant and Comforting! A medley of Carrots, Beets and Mint - Powerjuice!

Preparation: Juice together 5-6 Carrots, 1 Beet and a handful of fresh Mint. That's it! 

This juice is rich in Vitamin A, B, C & E and Minerals. Carrots are great for your eyes, digestive system and immunity booster. Beets are excellent for your kidneys, liver and digestive system. Mint is a great anti-septic and immunity booster. Togetheir, we've got a super-juice which is just so divine tasting and super-good!


Ps: This juice is an excellent Detox material.
