Incredible fusion of Asian flavours, European Colours and Indian craving! ;-) |
Ingredients:
2 cups of boiled Glass Noodles / Rice Noodles (any thin noodles)
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
2 Cups of Assorted Veggies you love (I've used cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, onions)
1/2 cup of Peanuts - roasted & crushed
1 Lemon - juiced
1 Green Chilly - minced (a must)
Coriander & Garlic Chives - to taste / garnish
1 spoon-full of soy sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Preparation:
- Pull out a nice knife and chop your veggies asian style thin
- Assemble your salad by putting together the veggies, followed by the noodles, dressing and seasoning
- Toss gently to ensure even distribution of noodles / veggies / herbs (glass noodles are a little pain to deal with :p)
- Garnish with garlic chives, peanuts, coriander. Drool. Eat!
