Dessicated Coconut + Condensed Milk - Thats it! |
Ingredients (for about 8 Truffles):
- 2 Cups Dessicated Dried Coconut (Or Finely Shaved Coconut).
- 1 Cup (approx) of Condensed, Sweetened Milk.
- 1/2 Tea Spoon of Cardamom Powder.
- 8-9 Almonds (Or any Nut you'd like to enjoy in your Truffle).

Recipe:
- Take 1 3/4th Cup of Dessicated Coconut in a mixing bowl and add Cardamom Powder to it. Sift well.
- Add 1/2 of the Condensed Milk and mix well, preferably with Whisk. Keep stirring and add milk till you get soft - dough-like consistency. Adjust the milk accordingly.
- Wet your hands and divide this Truffle mixture into 8 parts and Roll Truffles with wet palms.
- Insert an Almond into the Truffle and Roll it into the remaining Dry Dessicated Coconut to coat them thoroughly with coconut. Your Truffles are ready! :-)
Tip: Freeze these before serving to get best texture and taste. You can also dip them in Melted Chocolate for incredible Choco-nut Truffles!
