Stir Fried Veggie-goodness!

Rains are here! Finally!
I was just hopping markets the other day, and boy, what colours and pleasant aromas of fresh farm produce were awaiting me! I simply went all-in and grabbed whatever I could and few hours later, here we are...

Desi-Chinese Styled Stir-fried Veggie-goodness!

Recipe:
Grab a variety of vegetables (more the merrier!) and simply chop them rough and bite sized. Do include some proteins - perhaps tofu (as I did) or even cottage cheese. Bean sprouts go REALLY well too!

Heat wok or pan and get your oil (has to be sesame for stir-fry) real hot - simply toss some soy sauce, minced garlic and veggies real quick. Sign off with a hint of salt, lot of pepper and freshly chopped herbs.

That's it! Enjoy. This is a great appetizer and perhaps a nice side dish too.
I had it with steamed Jasmine rice and we went yum!

**Ps: I used Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Baby Corn, Broccoli, Cabbage, Tofu, Freshly Chopped Coriander and Basil.
